Manager Consultancy & Secondment

Wilgh is a consultancy and secondment agency in the field of safety, occupational health and environment (HSE). We provide consultancy projects and second some 80 professionals such as safety experts, occupational hygienists, (Q)HSE/KAM managers and environmental experts - both part-time and full-time - on all kinds of projects in virtually all sectors. Due to the growth of our company, we are looking for a Manager Advice & Secondment.

Wat wij vragen

You have at least HBO working and thinking level and extensive experience in the HSE field. You also hold an HSE-related degree (e.g. higher safety science, occupational hygiene, environmental science or MoSHE) and have a driving licence. You are our company's calling card and we therefore consider it important that you have good communication and social skills and that you can switch well at both strategic and operational level. You are also entrepreneurial, commercial and solution-oriented.

Taakomschrijving

Within our team, you will be responsible for maintaining contact with our customers. You visit our employees on projects, monitor and evaluate their progress and make adjustments if necessary. You assign the right colleague to a suitable project, especially in the Construction & Infra sector. In addition, you are partly self-executing in your field, for example through part-time secondment or consultancy projects.
