Certifications
Wilgh has all the necessary certifications for the secondment of safety experts: VCU 2011/05 and NEN 4400 (LSR).
VCU: Health and Safety Checklist Temporary Employment Agencies
We are certified for the secondment of personnel to companies with an increased risk in a high-risk environment. With the VCU certificate we demonstrate that our safety management system (VG system) is in order. We pay extra attention to safety and health training for our own staff.
NEN 4400/ Labour Standards Register
You do not run any financial risk in cooperation with Wilgh. Our NEN 4400 certification offers this assurance.
The NEN 4400-1 standard contains requirements for testing companies that provide personnel, such as employment agencies, payroll companies and subcontractors in the construction industry. It is checked whether these companies comply with all obligations arising from their business activity, the provision of labor. This includes the following obligations: a correct and timely declaration and payment of payroll taxes and sales tax, and the administration of employee files and identity documents according to the standards. Moreover, as a client, you are exempt from hirer's liability under certain conditions.
Educations
In the field of training, we provide basic certificates under our own label. Based on your needs, we can provide the following certifications: Oranje Kruis, Red Cross, NRR, NIBHV and NIKTA.
