Basic training Coördinator/Chief Company Emergency Response Organisation

A well functioning CER-Organisation is necessary for the safety in your company or institution. The Chiefs primary focus is the policy based side of the CER-Organisation, where he organises and maintains the CER-Organisation, the education and training of CER Officers, and the communication with employer, employees and third parties.

What is learnt?

During the Basic training Coordinator/Chief CERO, the students learn how to shape CER policy within your own organisation. The training is customised to your needs and will address subjects likes:

Rules and legislation;
Tasks and demands CERO;
Arbo-policy;
Worksafety and firesafety;
From RI&E to organisational CERO;
Organisation and maintenance of CERO;
Checking and adjusting;
Financial;
Resources;
Education and training;
Insurance.

The program:

This course consists of two teaching days and an exam day. In the period in between, the participants work out an assignment. This consists of drawing up a policy plan to create an emergency response organization for one's own work situation. On the exam day, the student presents the emergency response plan to the examination board. This is followed by the written exam. The exam is taken by an independent examination committee of the NIBHV (Dutch Institute for Company Emergency Response).

Information

Who is it for?

This training is suited for any person with MBO+ work and thinking level. No speicific education is required.

The Training is given Incompany. Max group size is 12 participants. The students will , when passed, recieve a diploma of the NIBHV.

This course is only available in Dutch.

Duration of the training:

The Basic training Coordinator/Chief CERO consists of two trainingdays and one examination day.

Inbetween the students prepare an assignment, which consists of making a policy based plan to organise an CERO, focusedon the own working environment. On the examination day, the student will present this plan tot he Exam committee. Followed by the theoretical exam. The exam is under supervision of an idependent commitee of the NiBHV. (Dutch Institite for CERO)
