Basic training Crisismanagement

The participants of the Basictraining Crisismanagement will be well prepared for a crisis. After completion:

• The participants have more skill and knowledge on how to prepare effectively;
• The participants are capable of convincing the own organisation of the need for setting up and practicing the agreed plans;
• The participants are able to devise a plan of approach for implementing and developing the complete route involving crisismanagement.

The training consists of a workshop and short presentations. During the workshop the participant can reflect their own situation to the information discussed. 

All this is done in an active workform. Topic addressed will be:

• Characteristics and timeline of a crisis;
• Crisiscommunication;
• Decision making;
• Planning;
• Estabilishing policy;
• Trainingprograms;
• Budgeting and planning;
• Pitfalls in preparation;
• Practical tips.
