Why the training 'Managing undesirable behavior – for employees'?
A good atmosphere in the workplace seems self-evident, but it is not always so. In this practical training course, we will work on recognising and addressing undesirable behaviour - such as bullying, discrimination, aggression or sexual harassment. Because only together can we ensure a safe, respectful working environment in which everyone feels comfortable.
What is learnt?
During this interactive session of 2 to 3 hours you will learn:
- What exactly undesirable behaviour is, including clear examples
- What impact this behaviour can have on yourself, your colleagues and the organisation
- What you can do if you have to deal with it yourself
- How you as a colleague can intervene and support
- Where to go for help - within and outside the organisation.

We start with a short introduction on the importance of a respectful work environment. Then we will work with practical examples, concrete tools and step-by-step plans. We also pay attention to the role of the bystander and reporting options within the organisation.
